ORDERING

There are three easy options:

1. SECURE ON-LINE PAYMENTS:
Just click on "Add to Cart" and follow the steps.

You will be surprised how easy it is!
You can use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal.
You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email letting you know that your gift is on its way.
Notice the locked padlock on the page when you enter your credit card details.

2. FUNDS TRANSFER OR CHEQUE:
Just click on "Add to Cart" and follow the steps.
We will send you our bank details with your order confirmation. Dispatch will occur once payment is seen in our account or payment is confirmed with a deposited cheque.
Please email us once you have made your deposit so we know to look out for it.

DELIVERY

Delivery cost is charged at the flat rate of $9.95 total to any single address Australia-wide.

Our gifts are protected in transit in padded bags or boxes. It is often best to send to your work address.

We despatch all orders either same day or next day, unless specified otherwise. Australia Post collects our orders at midday. We hold stock of our products.

We use Australia Post's eparcel for all of our parcels. They are barcoded and are able to be tracked online. Parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present, a card will be left informing you that your parcel is at your local Post Office. This is a safe and proven delivery system.

International deliveries are charged based on weight and destination. We send all parcel internationally via Australia Posts express system which is trackable and requires a signature.

ZONE A (NEW ZEALAND) Up to 2kg $35, Over 2kg we will send you a quote

ZONE B (ASIA / PACIFIC) Up to 2kg $44, Over 2kg we will send you a quote

ZONE C (USA / CANADA) Up to 2kg $52, Over 2kg we will send you a quote

ZONE D (UK & REST OF WORLD) Up to 2kg $64, Over 2kg we will send you a quote
